01 General Terms & Conditions
6 tk (referred to herein as the "Platform") is an online betting and gaming service provider. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 6 tk governing your use of the Platform.
By using the 6 tk website, mobile application, or any of our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
6 tk reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Members will be notified at least 7 days before any changes take effect. Continued use of the Platform after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

02 Account Register
To play or place bets on 6 tk, you must open a personal account. You are required to provide accurate and complete information at the time of registration. 6 tk reserves the right to close any account found to have been registered with false information.
Each individual may only register one account. Opening multiple accounts under the same name or from the same device/IP address is strictly prohibited. Violating this rule may result in all accounts and funds being forfeited.
- Registration requires your full name, date of birth, and accurate contact details.
- Keeping your account password secure is entirely your responsibility.
- Sharing your account with or allowing others to use it is strictly prohibited.
- Report any unauthorized activity on your account immediately.
- A national ID card or passport may be required for KYC verification.
Keeping your account information up to date is important — outdated details may delay payment processing. Large withdrawals may be held until verification is completed.
03 Age & Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to register and participate on 6 tk. Account registration is strictly prohibited for anyone under 18. Proof of age may be requested at any time for verification purposes.
Using 6 tk from countries or regions where online gaming is illegal is prohibited. It is your responsibility to ensure that accessing this platform is legally permitted from your location.
Accounts for users under 18: If a minor's account is identified, it will be closed immediately and all deposited funds will be forfeited.
04 Deposits & Payments
6 tk currently accepts several payment methods including Mobile Banking, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is BDT 200. Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly.
The payment method you use must belong to you. Depositing via a third party's account or card is strictly prohibited.
- Minimum deposit: BDT 200.
- No additional charges are applied to deposits (payment provider fees may apply).
- If a deposit is not completed, please notify support within 24 hours.
- Deposited funds may only be used for betting and gaming.
- Suspicious transactions may be temporarily placed on hold pending investigation.

05 Withdrawal Rules
Account verification (KYC) must be completed before making a withdrawal. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours. Complex cases may take up to 3 business days.
Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit. Withdrawals may be held if the minimum deposit rollover requirement has not been met.
- Minimum withdrawal: BDT 500.
- Withdrawals must be made using the same payment method used for the deposit.
- Multiple withdrawal requests can be submitted on the same day.
- Unusual withdrawal patterns may be subject to investigation.
- Withdrawals may be restricted until the bonus wagering requirement is fulfilled.
06 Bonuses & Promotions
6 tk offers a variety of bonuses and promotions — including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, and VIP rewards. Each bonus comes with its own terms, which you should read carefully before claiming.
Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — the specified wagering requirement must be met first. Wagering requirements are typically 10x to 30x the bonus amount.

- The same bonus cannot be claimed more than once (unless otherwise announced).
- 6 tk reserves the right to cancel bonuses if abuse is suspected.

The deadline to complete bonus wagering requirements is generally 7 to 30 days. Any unused bonus will be automatically removed once the period expires.
07 Betting Rules
6 tk offers betting on a wide range of sports including cricket, football, tennis, and badminton. Once a bet is placed, it cannot be changed or withdrawn — so please review carefully before confirming.
Live betting operates on real-time fluctuating odds. 6 tk reserves the right to void any bets placed at incorrect odds due to technical issues or data errors.
- The minimum stake per bet is BDT 50.
- Bets placed before a match begins will be settled under pre-match rules.
- If a match is abandoned or cancelled, all stakes will be refunded.
- In the event of any dispute over scores or results, official sources will be used as the reference.
- Bets linked to match-fixing or corruption will be voided.
08 Responsible Gaming
6 tk believes gaming should be a source of entertainment — not financial stress or anxiety. We encourage all our members to play responsibly.
If you feel that betting is having a negative impact on your life, use the self-control tools available on our platform or reach out to our support team.
- Deposit Limit: Set a daily, weekly, or monthly spending limit.
- Session Time Limit: Automatic logout after a set period.
- Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently close your account.
- Cooling-Off Period: Take a break from betting for a set period of time.

09 Prohibited Activities
The activities listed below are strictly prohibited on 6 tk. Violations may result in account termination, forfeiture of funds, and legal action where necessary.
- Money laundering or processing of illegal funds.
- Use of bots, scripts, or automated software.
- Intentionally exploiting system errors or bugs.
- Opening multiple accounts to abuse bonuses.
- Attempting unauthorized access to another member's account.
- Cyberattacks or hacking attempts against the platform.
- Misuse or fraud involving the affiliate program.
If fraudulent activity is detected, the relevant authorities will be notified and legal action may be taken.
10 Account Closure & Suspension
6 tk reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, for any reason, without prior notice — particularly in cases where these Terms have been violated.
You may request to close your account at any time. Any valid balance will be returned after verification. Please note that bonus funds are non-refundable.
- Account closure requests must be submitted through the support team.
- Account closure will be completed once all pending bets are settled.
- Accounts created with false information may be suspended at any time.
11 Privacy & Data Protection
6 tk takes the protection of your personal information very seriously. We never sell your data to third parties. Only the information necessary to provide our services is collected.

12 Dispute Resolution
For any disputes or complaints, please contact our support team first. We aim to respond within 48 hours. If the issue cannot be resolved through support, our formal dispute resolution process will apply.
- Complaints must be submitted within 30 days of the incident.
- Attach any supporting evidence (screenshots, transaction IDs).
- The decision of 6 tk shall be final and binding.
